When COVID-19 hit, financial services company, goeasy, asked us to elevate their online monthly employee town halls for 1,000+ staff across Canada. goeasy wanted to create a virtual experience for isolated employees to engage, interact and connect with senior leaders and each other.
Our Virtual Engagement Solution
We guided goeasy as they refocused their monthly townhalls to fully virtual, interactive events connecting with employees. We created virtual environments tailored to each audience where important messaging could be delivered by senior leadership featuring PowerPoint presentations, visuals, live and pre-recorded video. At the same time, participants could engage, ask questions, share their views through polling and be part of the conversation via commentary in chats.

We connected 800+ field staff still in branches across Canada and gave them a platform to voice their concerns and get answers to their burning questions. The second virtual event series brought together 400+ support center employees working from home sharing news, plans and the outlook for the company.

User support every step of the way:
Users were guided through registration and credential verification before being driven to a landing page where they connected to the live broadcast content.
Post-event reporting included registrant information to gauge compliance and satisfaction. Play back recordings were made available to all employees within 48 hours after via secure link to continue to access the content.
