The Solution
We developed the Ferrero Rocher holiday pop-up store at Yorkdale mall to connect with a younger, more modern consumer during the busy holiday period. Consumers were presented with a fully immersive brand experience including gift giving inspiration ideas, product samples, live demonstrations from the Ferrero Rocher Chocolatier and a grand opening event hosted by well-known Canadian designer and social media influencer, Jillian Harris. Exclusive Ferrero Rocher product was also available for on-the-spot purchase. The Ferrero Rocher pop-up store was at the centre of the holiday marketing campaign, not only connecting face-to-face with target consumers, but the content created from the pop-up reached Canadians coast-to-coast on social and digital media through both earned and owned channels.
