CST Annual Sales Conference Goes Virtual

The Context

C.S.T. Consultants Inc (CST) was looking for a virtual events partner to help plan and execute their annual sales conference, typically an incentive travel conference for their top performers. Deciding to go virtual meant all sales representatives had the opportunity to experience the event, some for the very first time. The challenge: Create a virtual conference for all representatives (especially their top performers) that is not only engaging and contained valuable content, but one that would provide a renewed energy to help propel the organization’s sales target forward in 2021, despite the ongoing pandemic challenges.

Our Virtual Event Solution

Proof Experiences was awarded the business to help plan & execute the one day, 5 hour, virtual sales conference for over 400 CST representatives. We developed a creative theme for the event that aligned to CST’s business goals for 2021, story-boarded & produced an on-theme welcome video, sourced and developed a winning training session lead by professional motivator Mike Lipkin, and developed a bilingual customized web based all-inclusive virtual event platform which included interactive elements like a photo booth and chat feature. In addition, Proof Experiences managed and produced all live content from a studio space, including simultaneous translation, to ensure all speakers and virtual attendees had an optimal experience during the live streaming of the presentations – while adhering to all safety protocols.

The Results

A post-event survey distributed to all attendees, delivered an average rating of 4.4/5 for the overall event. Many attendee comments echoed the following: “The overall smoothness and professionalism of this event was impressive. Nothing can replace the “in person” experience, but this was close.” Feedback from our client nine weeks into their ’21 fiscal year was “sales are 16.5% ahead of the same period last year”.
