Our commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) began in the early 2000s and has ignited a passion within our entire team. It started with work focusing on energy conservation and recycling stewardships. Recently it has evolved to include women in leadership, employee wellness and an overall alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Our dedicated People & Culture team works hand-in-glove with our CSR Committee and Senior Leadership Team to ensure we operationalize our mandate, measure our progress and continuously evolve and improve our efforts. We include our clients in our CSR initiatives through an aggressive carbon offset program that reduces our footprint in an industry known for its disposable waste and environmental impact. Every kilometre our team travels is tracked, measured and offset through Verified Carbon Units (VCUs) purchased from the Nature Conservancy of Canada’s Darkwoods Forest Carbon Project. We are unique in the industry in taking on this innovative commitment to offsetting our program emissions.
