Role Overview
Proof Experiences is looking for an experienced Supervisor, Client Experience to lead and support in the management and execution of a wide variety of experiential education and event marketing campaigns. With a focus on delivering an exceptional client experience, you will oversee every aspect from initial project conception to execution and post activation evaluation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of experiential marketing and make a meaningful impact on the success of our clients and the agency as a whole.
In addition to developing, creating and overseeing experiential marketing campaigns, this role involves engaging with initiatives that tackle serious societal issues. As a Supervisor, Client Experience you’ll collaborate on projects aimed at educating the public about pressing social, environmental or health related issues. These campaigns use experiential marketing to create impactful experiences that foster awareness and positive change.
What You'll Do:
- Provide day-to-day account leadership on all program management, execution, communications and support to a variety of new and existing Proof Experiences clients
- Proactively manage expectations of clients, stakeholders and team
- Work with cross functional teams including creative, production, and field excellence to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects
- Develop, manage and reconcile project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and projects are delivered in budget, hitting profitability targets
- Track KPIs and metrics to evaluate the success of programs and report ROI to clients
- Lead direct reports and encourage goal setting, feedback and performance development planning
- Participate in organic and new business opportunities, including pitches, with the support of your reporting manager
- Oversee timely and detailed invoicing/overall account monitoring to ensure costs are properly managed and cash flow maintained
- Maintain and nurture client relationships, proactively looking ahead to “what’s next” and understanding their industry, corporate goals and competitive environment
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for clients, highlighting results, insights and recommendations for future strategies

- You have excellent quality control and attention to detail – maintain accuracy and timeliness when submitting client communications, reports, budgets, expenses, meeting agendas and any other internal or external administrative activities ensuring quality service is delivered at all times through to the front lines
- You can effectively utilize resources and delegate tasks, while providing learning and development opportunities for jr. Team members
- Have an interest in working within the education space and are comfortable working with sensitive topics

What You've Done:
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Proven 5+ years relevant industry experience, preferably in an agency
- You have a vast amount of knowledge of the experiential marketing industry and trends
- Proven ability to build/maintain relationships with clients and vendors and treat both with respect and integrity
- Developed and managed large scale project budgets, ensuring profitability
- Lead and managed junior team members both on project work and in their professional growth and development
- Possess an Ontario G-class drivers license, or equivalent
- An intermediate proficiency with Excel, Powerpoint and Word
