Field Excellence Coordinator

Role Overview
Proof Experiences is looking for a Field Excellence Coordinator to join our growing team! As the Field Excellence Coordinator, you will be involved in coordinating and supporting face-to-face experiential marketing activations. You will be responsible for logistics management, on-site support and ensuring the seamless execution of projects. This position is well-suited for someone who thrives in logistical tasks, embraces flexibility and approaches challenges with a problem-solving mindset. This is a hybrid role, based out of Toronto, ON with flexibility for some remote work.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the Sr. Manager, Field Excellence on detailed logistic planning for events
- Ensure all logistical aspects of activations, including transportation, storage, and setup are well coordinated
- Provide hands-on support during event setup, breakdown and execution
- Work closely with vendors to oversee timely delivery and proper installation of event elements
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including clients, brand ambassadors, and venue staff to facilitate collaboration and enhance the success of activations
- Support the recruitment and training of brand ambassadors and field staff ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to represent client brands effectively
- Provide on-site guidance and support to teams in field to address challenges and overcome obstacles
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients and vendors to align on logistic requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, production, and client experience to identify opportunities for logistical improvement and innovation
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve logistical efficiency and suggest innovative solutions for event operations
- Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices

- You have the ability to travel to various event locations as needed and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support activation schedules
- You have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire field teams to deliver outstanding results
- You adapt quickly to changing event requirements and troubleshoot logistical challenges effectively

Who You Are
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Experience in experiential marketing, event management, or a related field, with a strong understanding of field operations
- Proven experience building strong relationships with coworkers, members of the public, vendors, clients, etc at events
- Experience as a Brand Ambassador or Team Lead is beneficial
- Possess a valid Ontario G-class driver’s license and are comfortable driving large vehicles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
