Role Overview
The Bilingual Coordinator, Client Experience plays a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of experiential marketing and educational initiatives across Canada. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful programs—including those that address social, environmental, and health-related issues—while working hands-on with logistics, vendors, clients, and on-site event teams. You’ll be part of bringing interactive experiences to life, ensuring they run smoothly and deliver meaningful results.
What You'll Do
- Apply project management skills to ensure approved activations move forward, results are delivered, deadlines are met, budgets are adhered to, and quality service is delivered
- Research and secure the full range of event access permits and assist with program scheduling
- Source and secure staff uniform elements, including sizing
- Support the production of event props, hardware, and technology
- Work with suppliers to investigate giveaway options, pricing, ordering, and delivery timelines
- Arrange travel and transportation
- Complete supporting paperwork and requirements (permits, insurance, services)
- Support in reviewing, adhering to, and contributing to program budgets
- Use basic accounting practices, including per diems, and contractor invoice reviews
- Contribute to in-field event executions across Canada, including evening and weekend work as needed
- Manage and coach event teams on-site
- Maintain on- and off-site storage resources
- Coordinate couriers, shipping, printing, and binding of program materials
- Participate in client update meetings and contribute program planning updates
- Bring forward meaningful feedback and insights from the field
- Track program performance and assist in assembling relevant metrics
- Assist with drafting or assembling final program or campaign reports
- Ensure timely and accurate assembly of all reports
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
Who You Are

You bring strong organizational skills, the ability to communicate clearly in both French and English, and a genuine interest in the experiential marketing space. You build strong relationships, contribute ideas freely, and are committed to delivering high-quality work.
- Fully bilingual in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks, client needs, and deadlines
- Collaborative and enthusiastic, with strong relationship-building abilities
- Creative in generating ideas and supporting problem-solving
- Detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Adaptable and comfortable with flexible hours and travel to support program needs
- Committed to values of excellence, collaboration, integrity, commitment, empathy, and trust
- Please note that Canadian experience is not required as a qualification
What You've Done
You bring the foundation and experience needed to contribute effectively while continuing to build your skills within experiential programs.
- Completed a college or university degree or equivalent (Business, Marketing, Sport & Event Marketing, Sponsorship, or related areas)
- Have 1–3 years of experience working on experiential marketing campaigns (agency experience an asset)
- Stay informed about trends in the experiential marketing industry
- Hold a valid Ontario G-class driver’s license (or equivalent)
- Able to travel as required; a passport is recommended, with variable hours as needed based on program demands
